I have only tested in a few times but seems to be a quality product. Solid product and realistic diameter once extended.

First of all : Very impressed with the website, the options, ordering and delivery.
So to the umbrella : Build quality is superb and the smooth automatic opening and closing mechanism again, feels like quality. The 'sock' you store the umbrella in is to my mind befitting of a brolly costing this kind of money.
Where I think this brolly excels is in the canopy size! I get it that there's a tendency to want an automatic brolly to be small enough it can easily fit in a bag and out the way, however, come the rain, it's just no good other than your head might stay dry and you're doing the all angles thing to try follow the rain direction. It isn't too big either, so it's not golf brolly size in that you're conscious of not hitting people walking by or scraping through fairly tight spaces, albeit you'll be bone dry! I think it's a perfect compromise and having used it two or three times in heavy rain, enjoyed the walk because the brolly was doing its job perfectly! Folded away in its sock, it's certainly not going to fit in a small handbag, but I think this is perfect for when you are in that situation of "Do I take the small brolly, it's only meant to be a shower?" "Do I take the golf brolly, it's meant to be heavy rain later?" The T.400 ticks all boxes.
