FAQ
- Is this umbrella really windproof?
Yes, the wind resistant frame on this umbrella is designed to withstand inversion (turning inside out) in normal wind conditions. Please use caution in strong winds as wind damage does not constitute a faulty frame. However if your umbrella does invert please simply close in the normal way and re-open to restore your umbrella to its original shape.
- How do I clean the clear PVC canopy?
PLEASE NOTE: All clear dome umbrellas come with a protective powder coating on the canopy. This is to prevent the PVC becoming too hot/cold during transit and hence the panels sticking together, which would cause the PVC to rip. This is NOT dirty or due to the product being dusty / not cared for whilst in our hands!
