The colour was great, exactly what I was looking for to match a travel bag.
Unfortunately the umbrella doesn't fold away neatly, you can try to organise the fabric but that takes ages & it's still not neat like other umbrellas I've had. It also doesn't stay clicked/retracted properly, minimal movement sees the handle extend which wasn't suitable when I wanted to hang from my bag. The handle was attached wonky which maybe have been some factor in this. I returned, at MY cost for return postage despite reporting these quality issues & querying whether this particular one may be faulty

Really pleased with this lightweight compact umbrella, perfect for my handbag and days out, it even fits in my jacket pocket too. Really happy with this as it is so small at 17cm long and fits neatly into the little sleeve that it comes with. Will use it in the rain when out shopping and also on holiday in the sun since it has UPF50+ protection and will easily fit into my backpack. couldn't be more versatile for my needs.

Excellent protection, light and compact. A little flimsy but otherwise good value

Very nice and compact,ideal for taking on holidays.i have not tried it in sunshine as yet due to adverse weather.the problem with it is being able to put up the umbrella.it is a really difficult task and needs quite a lot of strength to do this.i did hurt my fingers and my arm and have now left the umbrella fully open to see if the fabric will stretch or make it easier to use.at the moment i would say it is quite impossible to open and lock into place in windy conditions and I wouldn’t advise a elderly or frail person to use one.

Recently visited Jordan with my newly purchased umbrella. The sun was brutal regular 35 degrees but the umbrella was so reassuring using it walking round Roman ruins and Petra.

Bought 2 of these umbrellas for a week in Florence. Temperatures in the low 30's all week and these were perfect for strolling in the full sun without feeling like you were cooking. I've never thought to purchase one before but I would really recommend them.

This umbrella’s mechanism is too stiff and fiddly. My husband struggled with it as well. First appearance looks a compact umbrella which would fit inside a handbag however does not fold up easily after use. A complete waste of money.

I bought a nice colour (lilac) but I haven't used it yet, as I am taking it on holiday.
