One month after the purchase, I have not yet received the package (and had to buy another Christmas gift for my husband).

Shipping to Norway does take some time so apologies that it did not arrive in time. We have had to raise a claim for this now. Once its left the country its difficult get information from the couriers if there is an issue.

Unfortunately my first umbrella was damaged in transit, not the suppliers fault at all . A phone call and all was rectified and another one sent out. This time arriving in perfect condition.The umbrella is excellent value and I would thoroughly recommend this company. The best service I have had for a long y.I wish more companies were like this
