Not received package

One month after the purchase, I have not yet received the package (and had to buy another Christmas gift for my husband).

Shipping to Norway does take some time so apologies that it did not arrive in time. We have had to raise a claim for this now. Once its left the country its difficult get information from the couriers if there is an issue.
